These Terms apply to Wheelder websites, apps, checkout flows, subscriptions, and related support channels. By using a Wheelder product, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and using Wheelder products only where you have the required rights, permissions, and lawful authority.
Early paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe Checkout under the Wheelder public brand while Lemon Squeezy review is pending. Lemon Squeezy may later be added as a merchant-of-record checkout option if approved. Wheelder stores no card numbers.
For initial direct Stripe checkout, paid subscriptions may be sold by Abdul Fakhri, operating under the Wheelder brand as an individual/sole proprietor. This legal seller disclosure is provided for payment, invoice, tax, and consumer notice purposes. Public product branding remains Wheelder.
Subscription prices, renewal dates, cancellation options, taxes, and currency details are shown before checkout or in the billing portal where applicable.
You must not use Wheelder products for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-infringing, security-infringing, or rights-infringing activity. We may suspend access where we believe these Terms, payment-provider rules, or applicable law may have been violated.
Wheelder products are software tools. They do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless a product-specific agreement expressly says otherwise. You remain responsible for decisions made using the software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights that cannot be excluded.
